Terms of Service

Welcome to Proficy (the “Service”). The Service provides analysis of decentralised finance markets and tokens (the “Content”). By accessing or using the Service, including @ProficyPriceBot in any Telegram chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.Liability waiver
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Proficy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Content. Under no circumstances shall Proficy or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any Content provided.
2.No financial advice
The Content is for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, or legal advice. Security indicators, including checksum matches, rug ratios, sniper detection and tax simulation, are automated signals derived from public on-chain data. They are not an audit, not a guarantee, and a clean scan is not an endorsement. Always do your own research.
3.Use at your own risk
You acknowledge that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. Proficy is not responsible for any losses or damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, that may result from your reliance on the Service.
4.No custody, no token
Proficy never takes custody of funds, never requests a private key or seed phrase, and cannot execute a transaction on your behalf. Trading links on a scan card hand you to third-party services governed by their own terms. There is no official Proficy token; any asset claiming to be one is unaffiliated with us.
5.What we store
The Service records token scans (which token, in which chat, at what price and by which Telegram user id) because that data is what makes trending, group statistics, the calls leaderboard and first-scan attribution work. Group membership counts are recorded for the chats the bot serves. No wallet is connected, no personal information is requested, and there is no account to create.
6.Advertising
Advertising products are sold by the hour and delivered as placements: a scan card carrying your promo line, or a slot in the trending ranking. Delivery volume depends on organic user activity and is therefore an estimate based on measured historical rates, not a guarantee. Prices are locked in USD at the time of booking. Underpaid invoices are held rather than refunded automatically and can be topped up or returned on request. Proficy reserves the right to refuse or remove any booking, including after payment, in which case the unused portion is refunded.
7.Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to automate abusive traffic, to promote content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or to impersonate another project or person. Proficy may remove the bot from any group and refuse service at its discretion.
8.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Proficy and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9.Modifications
Proficy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
